Given its knowledge, experience and innovative techniques, methods and tools, the EMERGE consortium is able to model real world emissions of shipping to air and water, pollutant concentrations and the impacts on the environment, public health and climate for the whole of Europe. The partners represent both marine and atmospheric expertise.
